Raised in a military family, Cheryl has had the opportunity to live and travel all over the world. Her favorite place is Beaufort, and she is excited to call it her home. After graduating from Furman University, Cheryl worked as a counselor, and as an active charity and community leader. Real estate has been a natural progression for her love of people and her love of the Lowcountry.
In 2019, Cheryl became the owner and broker-in-charge of Ballenger Realty. Real estate is a business about education and service. Cheryl loved serving her clients and is now excited to serve agents and help them build their businesses and bring value to their clients.
