Ballenger Realty was started in 2000. Ballenger Realty’s philosophy from day one was to “always do the right thing”. This philosophy still holds true today. This has meant that Ballenger Realty has acquired an enviable reputation throughout the Beaufort area amongst clients and agents alike.
The company was started because we felt we could offer an improved service to our clients by having the freedom of our own company and being able to make our own business decisions.
As a policy, we have tended to be a little “choosy” who we hire, preferring quality over quantity. Having said that, we are one of the largest “independent” companies in Northern Beaufort County.
Ballenger Realty agents are active in the community, serving with organizations such as Help of Beaufort, Rotary of the Lowcountry, CAPA, United Way, and various events and festivals. Our agents are on numerous boards and committees throughout the Beaufort area. Our desire is to give back to the community that supports us.
